Online Returns Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us! At STELLA + GEMMA, we take pride in offering beautiful, high-quality products. If you believe your item to be faulty, please return it to us with proof of purchase within 10 working days of purchase, and we will do our very best to arrange a replacement.

 

We also understand that shopping online can be challenging when you can’t touch or try on the product beforehand. That’s why we offer a flexible returns policy for full-priced items, allowing you to request a size exchange or refund if your purchase isn’t quite right.

 

Before requesting a return please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for items purchased from other stores that stock STELLA + GEMMA, as these operate as separate entities.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty.
  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, STELLA + GEMMA earrings are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All purchases are final, and no edits can be made once your order is placed.
  • We do not plan our sales in advance, if an item goes on sale after you have purchased with us, we are unable to honour the new sale price - all pricing at checkout is final.

 

How To Make A Return

 

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

 

To request a return, please email us at online@stellaandgemma.com with your order number clearly stated.

 

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags and packaging intact. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s) or exchange them for another size. We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met or if there has been a change in mind.

   

Important:

  • Please ensure you note your return address on the sender details of the couriered parcel. 
  • We advise you to keep note of your return tracking information, as we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by return parcels.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

 

International Orders

 

To return an item, please contact us at online@stellaandgemma.com with your order number for us to approve.

 

Important:

 

  • All return items must be sent back to us via a tracked courier service. The credit will only be given once we have received the package.
  • We do not over the costs incurred to get the goods back to us.
